A culinary journey through Puglia, Italy

At FiAMMA, we believe that Italian cuisine is more than a meal – it’s an experience. Our chefs have crafted a menu that celebrates the best of Italian flavours and culture, with a selection of appetizers, main courses, and home-made desserts designed to cater to all tastes. We even serve vegetarian and gluten-free options for customers with specific dietary needs – just ask your server.

Our passion for Italian food goes beyond the ingredients and recipes. A few years ago, the FiAMMA family set off on a journey to explore culinary and cultural heritage of Puglia region. This experience has shaped our menu, infusing it with unique local ingredients and styles of cooking, bringing a taste of Italy right to your table.
